Yuki Poudyal
CO-DIRECTOR
Yuki holds a Master’s in Development Practice and International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts from St. Lawrence University, where she studied sociology and psychology.
She has spent the past decade working across non-profits, start-ups, and consulting roles in the US, India, Japan, and Nepal. Committed to interdisciplinary learning, Yuki returned to Nepal to help build NISA and share the country’s knowledge and experiences with learners from around the world.

Nimesh Ghimire
CO-DIRECTOR
Nimesh holds a graduate degree from the University of Cambridge and completed his BA in Economics at Swarthmore College, where he now serves as a Senior Fellow for social innovation and systems thinking.
Nimesh previously spent more than three years with Ashoka U in Washington, D.C., working with 45 universities in ten countries to advance social innovation as a framework for institutional change. He has also consulted with organizations such as the World Economic Forum and Oxfam Novib on rural and youth innovation. Nimesh co-founded NISA to connect students with meaningful, context-rich opportunities in Nepal.
